It is never to early to introduce your child to music. Starting as infants children learn through demonstration and exposure. By 6 months of age children’s brains are already prioritizing; and discarding the ability to distinguish the sounds that are not part of its environment. Developmental Music aptitude is the potential for music growth. This occurs from ages birth to 9 years old.
Children learn from their parents and caregivers. Some observe, some participate and some run around the room. The runners and observers are just as likely to be singing the songs on the way home as the ones who participated. What is most important is that you the parent are excited to be there and participating. Most importantly your voice is the best voice to your child so sing out strong!
